Will Not Up date to My paid Pro

Ive used pro in past. However now it will not update or download Frax Pro . Instead I get RealTime? What is this all about? Also The blog and help files are linked to Fract.al. Very strange behavior with when I had the Pro in the past. Nasty Stuff runny in the back ground. Would appreciate The honest real Program I have paid for. It states I already have Pro However It does not load or work in Pro Format. Please Help. Thank You!
